Some Geo-engineering is controversial and still in the experimental stage. Yes, you are a lab rat. No one has asked you to be experimented on, nor to involve the systems of the earth we all rely on to be involved in these experiments, but we/they are. Sure, it does some of what the scientists say, "supposedly" relating to reversing global warming (remember that?) through solar radiation management and to try and break catastropic droughts (weather modification). As most is still in experimental trials, it damn well could contribute to things like powerful tornadoes in January, winter time in Adairsville, GA -------->
