$100.00 (one hundred US dollars) License fee per event, per year.

Rockfest Licensing Agreement, plus tentatively reserve your region prior to actual licenses

OFFICIAL ROCKFEST HOST LICENSE
$1.00 (one US dollar) surcharge from every ticket sold.
License required to be paid before granting of host recognition.
Ticket surcharge to be tallied on the day the box office for the licensed event is closed out,
payable within seven days after the date of box office closure.
No fees of any kind due on merchandise sold, concessions or sponsorship revenues.
A 5% (five percent) levy on any gross revenues gained from televised or broadcast audio/ video licenses or sales.
10% (ten percent) of gross Host License revenues from all Rockfest licenses granted worldwide and collected by
Underground Records is consolidated and paid in even amounts to each licensed Rockfest Host at
each calendar year's end. The licenses or events hosted by Underground Records do not count
towards these percentages.
Each licensed host is free to develop their own style of Rockfest, including adding sur-names and
having their choice of performers and ticket prices.
Each licensed host is responsible for payment of artist fees, vendor compensation, and related
production costs. Furthermore, licenses will not be granted to potential hosts who do not
have the financial resources prior to offering tickets or merchandise for sale for production,
artist and minimum advertising costs.
