Khmeir Rogue 1989

The second Equinox EP was more subdued and flowing then the first LP. Once again Philbro and I did the complete album over 5 or 6 recording sessions stretched out over two months. This album was filled with flowing textures and a couple of pop-style songs college radio picked up on and played a good bit throughout the year. I later went in and fixed alot of bad vocals and mixes during early 1993, when the third manufacturing round was released. The original runs featuring the first versions numbered about 5000 copies. Some material is standard live fare. Contents:
Phase Linear Exposure This definitely was the beast!! I began this as a concept industrial album, then it got wacked down to half it's size, and at the time of this listing's publication, was in it's third released version, which shall probably be it's final, considering I have just added a couple of songs, took out a couple of songs, and did the final mix for a release date of 2/97, then I guess you could say it has taken almost seven years to complete. It has NO sequencer or sampled stuff, it is all analog industrial/experimental and would probably be considered one of my better releases pre-1996. Listening to it will take you to another place. First versions were released in 1990, Second in 1992, and the third and final in 1997. I was never satisfied with the final results, so I just kept hacking! If you can find the original first two versions on cassette or vinyl, may God help you!! Don't ask me for copies, I won't release any except the latest version. Original Contents:
Theme After 6 months of racking my brains on the Revelations thing, I was ready just to turn up the volume and let shit fly. Deal assured me that hardcore, either punk or metal, still had a hold in my blood. I wrote the lyrics over a weekend and spent a couple of weeks writing the music. I never finished the recordings for the commercial release as suddenly I found my self buying a new house and having a child (not me, my girlfriend), so things began to slow down on the writing front considerably, although performing live picked up through the next few years.
