GOIN THROUGH THE ARCHIVES
I decided to take the first half of 2010 and get caught up on all the backlog of music work
including lyric sheets and samples for the songwriting catalog, and at least a dozen good songs
on record in pieces needing completion. Looks like a very busy year ahead.....
BOOTLEGGER - 200 PROOF
With the highway coming through to take my recording studio, it was time to get anything needing mixing off the masters. The
unfinished Bootlegger album 200 Proof from 2012 was the first to be finished up. This was the album being worked on when the
made-in-china mixing board starting f**king everything up, so it retained all the blemishes. That album contained the last known
studio recordings of The Gore. Facing obscurity and never-completion, losing the place to record music forced all this stuff
to finally be completed, even if the results sometimes were not what I preferred.
